• Acknowledge that ultrasound findings are valid at the time of the scan only and may not detect all conditions or predict future health changes.
• Accept full responsibility for seeking further medical advice or follow-up with your GP, NHS provider, or another clinician if you are not continuing care with WWWW.
• Understand that images and reports are confidential medical documents, containing personal and diagnostic information, and should not be publicly shared (including on social media), as doing so may compromise your privacy.
• Agree that WWWW and its clinicians are not liable for complications, conditions, or concerns arising after the date of your scan unless directly related to a finding noted and documented at the time of the appointment.
• Accept that any concerns or exceptions to these terms must be raised with WWWW staff prior to the start of your appointment.
